This course has really been helpful to me, and I have definitely benefited as a result of this course. It has opened my eyes to so many things that I did not know before and also helped me to be a better person. It has helped me to look at issues in different ways and perspectives—better ways of thinking, approaching things, and relating to people differently. By doing this course, I have benefited by acquiring more skills in the sense that I now have a better understanding of restoring self-respect in myself and doing things in a very orderly way and manner. I now know about loyalty, honesty, and dignity, how to resolve conflicts among people, how to be kind, and how to show kindness to people irrespective of who they are. I now have self-control, forgiveness, politeness, I can show love and compassion to people. It’s a very educative and innovative course. I will definitely recommend it to people.

As a 60-year-old man, despite always keeping an open mind, you tend to think that you have learned most things in life. However, as with other courses I have completed, restoring self-respect opens your mind further to new ideas and thought processes that allow you to reflect on many aspects of your life, the good and the not-so-good. A great course that allows you to stretch your own brainpower and hone your skills.

“I am now respected – I have a life – I’m not who I used to be. I’m now useful, not useless.”

I found this course a great help as it took a lot of soul searching and released a lot of pent-up tension and filled it with self-respect. I am now respected—I have a life—I’m not who I used to be. I’m now useful, not useless. Thank you.
